David designed and developed a bolt-on module to track spending for items brought to the Board of Trustees. Tracking follows requisitions to purchase orders to vouchers. Purchasing department can now monitor as board items reach their approved budget.

In addition, expenditures for vendors that did not go to the Board can also be tracked to ensure they do not exceed a pre-set limit.
