David Vandiver
I lead technology strategy, delivery, and teams for enterprise clients as a senior manager at a large consulting firm — with 20+ years turning complex business problems into technology that works, and the leadership track record to run it at scale.
Leadership built on real technical depth.
I'm a senior manager at a large consulting firm, where I lead technology strategy, delivery, and teams for enterprise clients — turning ambiguous business problems into programs that ship, scale, and hold up under pressure.
That leadership is built on more than two decades in enterprise technology — starting hands-on as an engineer before moving into managing programs, teams, and client relationships. I still think like a builder, which is part of why I'm effective as a leader: I know what good looks like, and I know what it takes to get there.
I'm always open to conversations about senior technology leadership roles — Senior Manager, Director, or CIO — where that combination of strategic leadership and technical credibility is the point, not a nice-to-have.
"The best technology leaders can still read the code — even after they've stopped writing it every day."

What I lead with
Family first, always.
Outside of work, home is where I want to be — with my family. It's a big part of why I care about doing meaningful work efficiently, and why I spend my downtime building small projects rather than watching the clock.
